You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days, and we will either credit it towards another print, or refund the purchase price (excluding any shipping charges). The photo, and any mats or frames, must be undamaged and in their original condition.

We also guarantee every print, mat and frame against defects in materials or workmanship; please contact us right away if you notice a defect in your purchase. Your photo is printed on Fuji Crystal Archive silver-based photographic paper, which has an archival rating of at least 60 years. Of course, the actual life of the image will vary depending on temperature, humidity, and the amount of light falling on the photo. NEVER HANG A PHOTO IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
